Greatly enjoyed the place, it was comfortable and worked for me. Some of the staff members were nice and courteous. The hotel was in a very central setting easy to reach through metro from the airport. Baixa / Chiado district was worth exploring. It was a comfortable stay, the best I had before.
There was no receptionist.
